Great Team

Thank you Mr clark and Mr diamond. They are a very knowledgable team of experience gentleman. We hired Mr. Clark to help us with our unemployment case and he found a solution which helped the company not waste their time with shady ex employees. Dealing with employees in California is so tough, so it... is great to have someone like MR. Clark on your corner. Thank you!

Saved my company thousands

Jason saved my company thousands of dollars through his negotiations. He took charge, and I am forever grateful.

Against All Odds

A psychotic Judge Judy on steroids for my hearing, an initial decision against me I was apprehensive to hire this firm. It was more about not letting these scumbags (Dawn Ramirez and Stu Fuhrman from Tech Data and Judge Judy included) get away with a retaliation firing and blocking my unemployment wi...thout a fight. The initial appeal was "remanded." I felt the sunk cost fallacy sinking in, so I decided to continue. To my chagrin, we got Judge Judy (C. Miller) again for the final showdown. She ripped me apart again and my attorney, but it was much more toned down with legal representation. I was convinced I wasted my time and money until I found out we won. Couldn't have been more shocked and certainly was possible without this firm. A+. Never give up, friends.

Ms.

Without hesitation we strongly recommend Jason Clark, Esq. He is personable, supportive, and very knowledgeable concerning CA labor law. We consider ourselves fortunate that he was available to represent our case. He will always be our "go to" in such matters.

Unemployment Benefit Pro

Upon receipt of a letter from the Office of Jason Clark, I contacted the office pertaining to an Unemployment Claim that was rejected by my employer and consequently by a UE Referee. Understanding that the employer’s stance as well as the initial decision pertaining to my case was unfair and incorrec...t, I felt that legal action was necessary. Upon contacting the office, Law Clerk Greg Diamond was extremely professional and always responsive to my needs. With the advice and assurance provided by the office I made the decision to proceed with Jason Clark’s office as my legal counsel. They prepared a brief citing discrepancies in the original decision made by Unemployment’s Referee and my former company. Based upon the brief, UE advised that I was entitled to a Remand hearing. Regen Shanzer was assigned to my case and walked me through what was needed for proof and testimony in the hearing. In spite of a very difficult hearing and re-examination by Regen during the hearing, my case ultimately was deemed eligible to receive benefits. I am very grateful by the efforts put through by all in the office and I am more than pleased that they were selected to represent me.
