Highly recommended!

Through USC, I was able to get consultations with Mr. Payab. He has helped me with two different matters. In both cases, he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and thorough. He helped me devise action plans for different scenarios, and also read over a letter I had drafted to a landlord. Wit...h his help, I was able to terminate a lease (pest problem) early with the full security deposit back. I feel lucky and empowered to have had Mr. Payab's advisement. I would highly recommend his services.

Respectable and Dedicated Personal Injury Attorney

I hired the Law Offices of Payab & Associates to advocate my case on a car accident case. My passenger and I were injured in a 4-car vehicle collision and we had to seek therapy for 3 months. Mr. Payab welcomed us in his office to discuss our case. Mr. Payab assured us that he would do his very best ...to advocate me and my passenger's case to the best of his capability. While my passenger and I visited our own personal doctors, Law Offices of Payab & Associates was in contact with the opposing counsel, my insurance, and the doctors to pursue our case to completion. Without any headache or problem, Mr. Payab was able to settle our case. I am very satisfied with Mr. Payab's office. Outstanding Employment Law Attorney

Recently, I hired Mr. David Payab regarding an employment matter where I was wrongfully terminated. Although, my former employer went out of business, Mr. Payab was able to hold the parent company liable for my damages. Mr. Payab was also able to overcome the fact that the employee whom harassed me... was nowhere to be found and I had no witnesses to corroborate the facts of my case. Despite all the difficulties in my case, Mr. Payab was able to secure a very large settlement against the parent company. I am very happy with the results in my case. Mr. Payab and his staff are extremely knowledgeable regarding employment litigation and specialize in employment matters, and I definitely recommend him regarding any employment or wrongful termination matters.
