David is the man!

I've been dealing with a long and stressful ordeal that's escalated into a legal matter. I researched different options, but was so confused and stressed out about how to proceed. I contacted other attorneys, and while a couple of them were helpful, most didn't give me much assistance or guidance wit...hout first asking for exorbitant fees; many of them just completely blew me off. I contacted David Payab's firm and had great, professional experiences with his staff. I worked with Alexandra on setting up the consultation and she was nice, helpful, and professional. I appreciated that she gave me a couple of different options for how to structure the consultation so that it could most benefit me for the fee that I was investing. She was also great with follow up. David charged me a very reasonable fee to review some documents related to my case and then consult with me over the phone about everything. He took his time to understand what I was dealing with and thoughtfully laid out what my options were. He dealt with some sensitive aspects of my case with great empathy and professionalism, which made me feel very comfortable in discussing everything. He let me know what he thought the relative probability of success would be for the options he laid out based on similar cases he has seen; in this sense, I feel like he gave me very good strategic advice. And of course, he thoroughly answered all of the questions I had prepared. If you're dealing with a stressful legal matter, don't hesitate to consult with David Payab. Life is too short and you want competent and caring advice to guide you through the tough times. Trust me, his reasonable fees are well worth it. I know that when you're going through difficulties, the last thing you want to do is to spend money, but it's worth it for the kind of experienced and strategic advice that you get from David Payab. I feel much more confident with my circumstances now and I know that you will too.

Mr payab is a good-hearted, caring person who's priority is the client, not the money

Mr. Payab is a real caring person who actually cares about us. We asked him if we should sue in small claims or full on in court and he suggested we do small claims because our lawyer fees would be really low - lawyers aren't allowed to represent people in small claims. He said the lawyer fees for a ...full lawsuit would be way more than the compensation we'd get. If this was another lawyer he'd probably try to convince us of filing a lawsuit because he'd make so much money, but not Mr. Payab. He also has been incredibly generous by answering quick questions after our consultations with him, which he did not charge us for. His priority is really looking after us and wanting the best outcome for us. A lot of lawyers are just looking to make a pretty penny so it's hard to trust them these days. Mr. Payab is also very centered, calm, comforting, and incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him 100% and we'll use his services again if we ever need a lawyer. God bless Mr. Payab for his great heart.

Calm, rational, and straightforward

We spoke to four different lawyers to get advice about a dispute. Mr. Payab had the qualities we were looking for: calm, rational, straightforward and clear communicator, and fair. It was "very" refreshing after the other three. I feel like we can rely on Mr. Payab to give us sound advice, keeping ou...r best interest in mind. If we need legal advice in the future we will certainly call him.

Helpful and caring

Mr. Payab provided a great consultation and referred me to another incredible lawyer regarding my issue with copyright. After he referred him, he followed up with me and made sure everything worked out. It was clear that he cared and contacted his own good friend to help me out. He cares about his cl...ients, and works hard to make sure they are taken care of.
