Very Supportive of The USC Student Population

I attend Keck at USC as a graduate student and I have seen David on two separate occasions. I think his pro bono work is valuable and is a need to the USC student community. His background is very diverse and he has an established profession in the Los Angeles area. He does seem genuinely concerned a...nd understands the unusual, stressful, time consuming and burdensome nature of legal challenges to a student. I perceive he truly tries to assist to eradicate any legal barriers that interfere with our studies and a successful future

Help to file a small claim

As a USC student, I have got free 30 minute legal consultations with Mr. Payab. He was very helpful regarding an issue with my previous landlord. At the end I was able to get back the whole security deposit. He was always very kind and very patient to explain the legal procedures and terms I was not ...familiar with.

Great lawyer

I was trying to terminate my lease early since my landlord did not fix things. David helped me proof-read my letter and walked me through all possible scenarios and gave me great advice on how to handle each scenario. I have now successfully terminated my lease. I strongly recommend David for any leg...al issues.

I would highly recommend Mr. Payab. With my many years of professional career background, it is very seldom I meet such a sincere and genuine legal professional. This is not to say they don't exist. He is evidence that they do. After leaving my consultation with Mr. Payab, I felt relieved that I had ...many options for my case. His knowledge and expertise is guiding me through this process. Strongly Recommend

He was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of good advice. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to talk and get legal consultation from him. He listened to all the issues I faced and offered a lot of good suggestions on handling them. He was professional, attentive, and really knows the... law inside and out.
