Nice person

I talked to David at USC. He is really nice and patient about my case. He gave some advices that I believe helps a lot. I look forward to talk to him again.

Fantastic!

I just got off the phone with David regarding a long going employment issue. He heard my story and right away began looking for a legal path I could pursue. He showed me how to position myself to no longer be a victim in the work place. He even gave me the steps in which I should proceed. Before... I called I had no idea what to do and felt helpless in my predicament. Now I have a direction and plan. David was very professional, prompt, and courteous. I'm a regular guy just trying to do my job and David found a way for me to do it! Do not hesitate to consult with him.

Great Experience

I'm a graduate student at USC. I went to Mr. Payab regarding my disagreement with my landlord. Mr. Payab was really patient and professional. He provided me helpful advice on my case. I would definitely recommend him.

leasing problem

My friend and I consulted Mr. Payab about the contract with Icon Plaza last Monday. Mr. Payab was very helpful and very patient. He analyzed the contract and described the situation we were in. I am so grateful that he gave us the useful advise. We are not confused and afraid any more. He is so nic...e making us feel so comfortable!
