Great Source of Legal Guidance

I am so grateful to David Payab. He provided advice at a very reasonable price and his guidance was extremely thorough. He did not take lightly the importance of the matter we were dealing with; he had thought the situation through very completely. I had spoken to someone else about the matter first ...and could tell the person did not grasp the seriousness of the situation; this was not the case with David. I sought David's counsel because I didn't feel confident that the advice we were getting from others and were acting on was sound. David steered us in a completely different direction that made much more sense to me. When dealing with a crisis demanding legal action, David is a great person to have on your side.

Recomendation for Attorney David Payab

I have retained Attorney David Payab, Esq. since 1999 for various legal issues, and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff of professionals. His practice involved, knowledge, integrity and great sense of attorney / client confiendciality. I wish him and his team the best there... is in the coming year of his practice.

Helped with rental issues

I moved into a share-house situation last June and have had problems with a landlady ever since. David was patient going over my unenforceable lease and gave me some great advice for how to deal with it.
