Exceptional service, beyond my espectations

David went above and beyond in giving me information regarding my landlord-tenant dispute. I met with him twice and on each occasion he freely gave me more time than that was allotted. He even gave me email counsel once while he was on vacation. He has demonstrated genuine concern for me and has ga...ve me the insight that I needed to navigate my legal dilemma. Based on what I learned from him, I am now very confident about how to approach future rental agreement and ensure my security. It is nice to know that there are some humble, compassionate lawyers out there. He has earned all of my respect.

Needed to know where I stood

David was very easy to work with. He helped get to understand what my circumstance was and understand what options I could take. He put no pressure on me to do one course of action over another but laid out what he might do in the situation. Ultimately, I chose not to pursue further action but I ...have confidence that David would have had my back if I took anything to the next steps.

Awesome consultation

I was involved in a traffic accident last year, and the other party sued me in the small claims court (3 people, 10K each). I was nervous as I never went to a court before so I made an appointment with David Payab to learn about the small claims court, the procedure etc. He took his time, went th...rough everything in great detail, without any rush. He read the whole report that my insurance company sent me, and gave me so much information that I felt relaxed after the consulation. Today I went to the court, and everything was exactly like he explained to me. I appreciate David Payab's help to my case and highly recommend him. Thank you again so much Mr Payab

Excellent attorney!

David Payab has been assisting me and my business for the past 6 years and in that time he has proven to be the consummate professional. He has assisted in numerous labor issues as well as several corporate issues and each time has provided sound legal counsel. There has never been a time that he d...idn't return an email or a phone call, which is so important when one is wrapped up in an issue that needs attention. Very Professional and Helpful

I went to Mr. Payab for advice of dispute with a landlord. Mr. Payab is very professional and helpful. He gave me clear and specific advice on my situation and continued to help me after the consulting session. I would definitely recommend him.
