EDD appeal for Employer

Let me start by saying David was outstanding. Now I'll tell you why. We are an employer and came to David to ask him questions of whether we should appeal the judgment made by the EDD. We were very concerned about the possibility of civil lawsuit down the road based on the judgment. David listene...d to our facts in its entirety and alleviated our heavy concerns. David in my opinion and my wife's opinion is the go to guy for all your EDD concerns whether you're an employee or employer. Thank you David you are the best

Excellent Advice - Highly Recommend!

I recently contacted.David regarding an issue with my employer not paying overtime. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he quickly zeroed in on the key issues I needed to be aware of with respect to overtime law. He is vey personable and I really appreciate that he did not rush me and w...as very willing to answer any questions I had, even though we went well over the 15 minutes I had paid for. He also quickly helped me lay out an action plan and detailed specific steps I should take to deal with my employer. I was very satisfied with his counsel and will definitely use his services should I need to pursue a legal case. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal advice.

Refreshing integrity

In response to my request for review of a couple documents and a consultation, David provided a fair quote but also encouraged me to check the regulations on how much time you have to file a claim. He saved me time, money and frustration, I was significantly past the time to file.

David Payab helped me get my money back!!!

David has helped me tremendously through out the process of getting out of an unwanted lease. It is a long fight and an uneasy negotiation, but David has shown his professional strength and patiently guided me in detail on every step. I have eventually got out of the lease with the full amount of my ...security deposit. I am glad that I have David to help me. I feel I can trust him and consult him with any legal matter. Friendly, knowledgeable, not rushed

David was a lot of help in answering my questions and did not rush me at any time and gave me everything I needed to know. Will be using his services again.
