Quality Service

I have worked with David on numerous occasions and he has always provided me with thorough and quality service. He successfully helped me resolve an issue with my landlord and saved me the trouble of staying in my last apartment for another semester. I can safely say that he genuinely cares about his... clients and I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for help in any legal matter.

Excellent attorney

I've met Mr. Payab 3 or 4 times so far at USC. He's given really good advice on all questions I've had, from housing/leasing rules to websites and startups. He explains stuff really well and is frank and unbiased in his advice.

I had an issue at a company I used to work for a few years back and needed to take legal action. I was referred to David Payab's firm by a friend of mine and I have no regrets. I had never had to take legal action before so I was a bit nervous, but all those feelings went out the window. Excellent se...rvice and excellent results. Definitely will call here again. Highly Recommend Mr. Payab

I am a USC student and met Mr. Payab for legal consultation provided by USC. He was really helpful and patient with all my questions regarding my landlord tenant issue. I am glad I could talk to him before I faced my landlord.
