Great advice over a quick phone call.

David was very knowledgable about the questions I had about an employment-related case. His advice is helping me asses the strengths and weaknesses of my current position and will bring me significant financial benefit in applying it to my case. Recommend for personal injury case

I met David at USC for legal consulting. I was involved in a personal injury case. As an international student, I was less informed about the legal system and procedure in the U.S. He was very patient, listened to all my questions, and provide not only legal consulting within his knowledge but also o...utside referrals. He is very professional yet very approachable. He explained a lot of the legal jargon and common practices(relative to my case) in such language that I easily understand.

Excellent counsel

I sought Mr. Payab's advice on a landlord/tenant issue and he was extremely helpful. Like another reviewer stated, he is very patient and considerate. He was also honest and went over my alternatives realistically, then helped me develop a plan of action to protect myself and resolve my problem. ...I was able to partially resolve my issue and then had another problem with my landlord. Mr. Payab graciously walked me through my next steps in a way I easily understood. I sincerely recommend Mr. Payab to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Kept It Out of Court

I highly recommend David Payad. I had an ex-landlord after me, for money that I did not owe. David was able to convince the opposing council that I was not at fault. They dropped the case against me, and I never had to go to trial. Thanks David.
