For example, we represented a local real estate investor, who had been defrauded out of ownership of a nursing home. We brought suit in Los Angeles Superior Court, and obtained a $2 million judgment for breach of contract and fraud. Representing a local real estate investor, we obtained the expungement.

We are very experienced in all aspects of California real estate law. We routinely handle litigation over real estate purchase contracts, encroachments and easements, landlord-tenant, filing and expunging lis pendens (notices of pending action), and all aspects of foreclosure law.
