Highly Competent in a specialized arena!

Erin, was a referred to me from an associate that retained her services for years. I wanted a specialist to represent my company when we were looking to purchase another Auto Dealership. I am an attorney who represents car dealerships. One of my clients decided to sell his dealership. Since I had never handled a buy/sell, he called Erin Tenner, but asked me to oversee the matter, as I do all his matters. The attorney on the other side was from a large downtown LA law firm. Erin d...id a fantastic job. She pointed out and resolved issues that could have resulted in litigation if they had not been caught and covered. I highly recommend her.

Excellent legal work!

I have used Ms. Tenner for several real estate transactions and found her to be very knowledgable. She has protected my interests, renegotiated title insurance policies, and worked with the other parties legal council to resolve difficult issues. She is detail oriented and a pleasure to work with.
