If you're asking if you should consider this law firm, I suggest you look elsewhere. The only reason why I considered hiring this law firm is because he is a friend of a friend, but if I had done my research and not hired based on friends, I would have gone with someone else. When I initially called ...them to take my case, they were super eager to help and took my case right away. There was great communication for the first month. However, after the first month, there was no communication at all. I called. I texted. Nothing. I finally received a big packet in the mail 1.5-2 months later saying they were dropping my case without any explanation. Mind you, I had been seeing a chiropractor this entire time under their directions. Now I'm responsible for these medical bills on my own. Huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend this firm.

A great guy to have on your side, Benjamin fought long and hard for me, I was T boned by a distracted driver and suffered soft tissue damage ( herniated disc). Ben not only fought for the best settlement , he also negotiated my medical bills down !!,Yes it took time, but as they say patience is a vir...tue and it amazing the results you can achieve when you let someone like Benjamin do his job right. I received more than anticipated and am more than satisfied with the service from not only Ben but from all his office staff, they never diverted my calls and always treated me like I was important. you don't find that kind of service very often. Mr. Drake, promised no bills would accure for me, win or lose, now I have thousands of dollars of medical bills I can not pay for his negligence and lies. Never kept me informed of anything, and could never be reached. Sent me to the most expensive Doctors who also did nothing but charge me 900$ for ...a consultation and thousands for exrays and pyshical therapy, I wasnt supposed to pay, dont get caught up in his un professional ways. Thanks to him I have thousands of dollars worth of bills I cannot pay. Research your lawyer better.
