I’m wishing I had come here before hiring. I deeply regret using an attorney after this experience just like everyone else here poor communication not getting paid money that I am entitled to because I’m disabled due to an accident. That wasn’t my fault. They haven’t done anything for me they don’t r...eturn calls what they say they never do and yet to have someone keep their word This accident ruined my life and it’s been months since I’ve been paid. I am beginning to think that they’re not able to handle this case, but what can I do when I’ve already had to borrow money from them, conveniently at a one percent interest, so don’t think it’s out of the goodness of their heart.

Drake law firm is not communicating with me my case settled and still have not got paid my money is in a trust fund and they say they are negotiating my medical bills they have kept me stressed out I almost died in my accident and every one is trying to get my money very poor service and every time... I call goes to voice mail or they say they will call me back and do not

If you're asking if you should consider this law firm, I suggest you look elsewhere. The only reason why I considered hiring this law firm is because he is a friend of a friend, but if I had done my research and not hired based on friends, I would have gone with someone else. When I initially called ...them to take my case, they were super eager to help and took my case right away. There was great communication for the first month. However, after the first month, there was no communication at all. I called. I texted. Nothing. I finally received a big packet in the mail 1.5-2 months later saying they were dropping my case without any explanation. Mind you, I had been seeing a chiropractor this entire time under their directions. Now I'm responsible for these medical bills on my own. Huge waste of time and money. I would not recommend this firm.

I wish negative stars were a possibility because it has been well over a year since the accident and I am still never able to get updated on the case. I am the one who is constantly calling and will have to call between 3-5 times before I get a call back because naturally they never want to answer th...e phone. I was told on multiple occasions that the case was going in for the demand and that everything would be settled pretty quickly but clearly that has not happened yet, or if that did happen they have not had the ability to communicate that with me. I find it completely ridiculous that I have to be the one harassing the office to get any update....you would think that you want to have good communication with the customer and would call the customer with updates not make them call you on a daily basis to get information that at this point I have no idea if its true or not. I will NEVER be using this company again and I will ensure that if anyone asks me about finding a lawyer I warn them about this office. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS! If I knew it was going to be like this I never would have used them, I regret not doing further research before allowing them to take on my case.

Mr. Drake, promised no bills would accure for me, win or lose, now I have thousands of dollars of medical bills I can not pay for his negligence and lies. Never kept me informed of anything, and could never be reached. Sent me to the most expensive Doctors who also did nothing but charge me 900$ for ...a consultation and thousands for exrays and pyshical therapy, I wasnt supposed to pay, dont get caught up in his un professional ways. Thanks to him I have thousands of dollars worth of bills I cannot pay. Research your lawyer better.
