I am an attorney representing and counseling small to mid-sized businesses, start-ups, contractors and construction companies. I assist with business formation and do a considerable amount of contract drafting and review. I also work with companies where they are splitting up or closing down to sure that this is done properly. I prepare, record and litigate mechanic's liens claims. Our law firm serves the Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties as well as Los Angeles county. Our goal is to provide sound legal advice while keeping business and practical requirements in mind.
