Outstanding Estate Planning Lawyer

Terri really helped my mother after my father had passed away. It was during this very difficult time for my family that Terri's vast knowledge of elder law and estate planning were crucial to prepare necessary estate documents. She spent an extraordinary amount of time explaining the documents to my mother with her calm and soothing demeanor, and Terri was patient and compassionate throughout. I will highly recommend Terri to family and friends without hesitation.

Terri is Outstanding!

I highly recommend Terri Hilliard. She has the unique ability to take complex legal issues and explain them in a way that the average person can easily digest. Terri had my best interests in mind when helping me and my husband navigate through options. Professional, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend her.

The Best in EVERY Way

When our long time attorney retired, I interviewed no less than 22 lawyers, before settleling on Terri. She stepped in on an ongoing case that has been in the courts for going on 6 years, with no end in sight. The end is now here due to her knowledge, communication skills, and tenacity.I always get a return call or e-mail in a timely manner,and have referred her to my clients who also have been Wowed. She is definitely not typical of the lawyers you find in Trust, Probate and Conservator cases. She is a bulldog.

Terri Hilliard Olsen is the best Estate Planning Attorney in the Conejo Valley!

Terri is nothing short of amazing. She listens before she speaks, asks exactly the right questions to uncover the ideal scenarios, and explains things in way that is easy to understand. I've referred friends, family, and business associates to Terri without hesitation. She is very well known in the Conejo Valley, and does a fantastic job at estate planning and mediation.

Terri Hilliard Olson--Sharp, On Time, Down To Earth

Terri set up my trust and estate plan, which is very comprehensive, but she also took the time to explain the entire process in language I could understand. Her easy manner and legal knowledge made the entire experience pleasant. Last year, my father passed away in another state, leaving a modest estate to be handled by a bank trust company. Unfortunately, the bank declined the assignment to liquidate his estate, as per his wishes. As his executor, I was lost until Terri came to my rescue and proved excellent counsel. She's the best.
