I first received a phone call from Christine Nelson personally, this was something I didn't anticipate usually you discuss your situation with might be numerous other staff first. It was a very pleasant surprise and lead me to feel that she was genuinely interested in assisting me. I do realize how busy attorney's can be and that they may not always be available. However, it is because of that exact reason that I feel that her making the time to speak with me herself only made a greater impression on me as to how competent and invested she will be on the behave of my mother(her client). Thank you Christine for your quick response and professionalism. I extend my appreciation to Michelle, in your Lancaster office, she too is very personable. We are at the beginning of this journey but I have every confidence these ladies will everything within their power to get any compensation my mother is entitled to. Thank you. Sincerely, Lisa
P.S. I haven't met Nikki yet.

More Knowledge Off The Top Of Her Head Than Any Other Lawyer I've Had....Awesome!!
After Christine branched out and started her own law firm I noticed a huge difference in the way my case was being handled. Not only were my questions finally being answered but Christine has answered all of my questions right off the top of her head. She is always on top of the current and grandfathered Workers' Comp Laws. Christine not only fought for me instead of talking me into settling so she could make a quick buck but she got the surgery I needed three times. She also fought to get me on Social Security Disability and won that case as well. Without that I would have lost my disability pension. On top of everything else she fought for me to get one of the hardest settlements there is...100% disability in both Social Security and Workers' Compensation. There is so much corruption with workers faking injuries that 100% disability is almost unheard of these days. Dealing with two different cases and insurance companies for both of my Workers' Comp claims was a struggle for me to keep up and sorted but her firm never skipped a beat. If it wasn't for Christine's vast knowledge of the current and grandfathered laws I would be living on the street now. That's how close I was to running out of money before she took over my cases. Even though both of my cases have been settled, Christine and her staff are always there for me when I need follow up surgery or if I run into problems with the insurance companies. She has always guided me for the best possible outcome without thinking twice about how it would effect her fees. If you need an outstanding attorney to handle your case I would not hesitate for a second in recommending Christine and her staff. I'm lucky to have Christine as my attorney because she is a no nonsense woman who knows the laws. Some of my family and friends would look at me and ask why I cannot work anymore because I am able to walk and sit down for an hour or so but Christine saw right through that and could tell I am in undeniable pain 24/7. If you're looking to settle a false claim to make a quick buck then go somewhere else. Christine is the real deal!
Christine did not blow me away with her work in my case. Although she handled the basics that I think you'd get at all law firms, the 1+ years my case took let me see many flaws with her and her staff.
The staff is deplorable and slow to respond to calls and messages. Sandy is snippy and very difficult, WHEN she actually gets on the phone to speak with. I didn't get an overall professional feel from this office. For the huge chunk Christine gets from your case, when it came down to it, she was weak in the final dollar amount in my settlement. She did not make me feel that she cared to fight and negotiate fully when I discussed this with her.
Christine Thea Nelson’s response:“Who is this? JR? Sandy hasn't worked for me for over 2 years. Attorney's fees are only 15% in workers compensation. My staff is awesome. I'm sorry you received a poor settlement - apparently recently from another attorney. Sorry. Maybe you should have listened to me.”
Christine new Lancaster Office Very Helpful & Convenient
Christine just opened her second location in Lancaster, which is great for me, because now I don't need to drive an hour away to her Westlake location. Nicole, her legal assistant has been so helpful and always calls me back which I really appreciated. We do not have many workers comp attorneys in the Antelope Valley therefore, thank you so much Christine for opening this 2nd office, to help our community with an actual caring attorney. I will continue to refer all my friends, family and coworkers to your firm.
It is with great pleasure to write a very positive review regarding Christine Nelson. Ms. Nelson walks her clients through each and every step of the way on work comp issues. If a client doesn't understand, she and/or her staff is more than happy to explain the processes of work comp insurance which can be very confusing and overwhelming. I can not express enough how grateful I am to have Christine Nelson as my work comp attorney.
I have never had to deal with a work comp lawyer in the past. By calling around, I came across Christine. What an absolute Blessing. The real answer if I would recommend this lawyer - would be heck yes, in a heart beat. All I can say is, she is as excellent as she is professional. Keep up the great work Christine. You are awesome..
It is not often that I feel compelled to write a comment unless one's performance is exemplary. Ms. Christine Nelson always goes the "extra mile" with courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. She is truly my shining star. I,m glad she is my attorney.
Christine is the most caring and compassionate lawyers I ever met. I had another lawyer before her and the difference is HUGE. Even though she has a lot of cases, she is very concerned about me as a person. I have recommended her to several people and all are very pleased.
