Marc is both skilled and supportive. I was hesitant to file a lawsuit against a former employer, and Marc was attentive to my concerns and was never pushy. I had an ex-landlord that disappeared for two years. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I sent my 30-day notice to her last known address once we lost contact with her. Two years later she resurfaced and tried to sue me for two years of past due rent and for various other things. She showed up... at my workplace, unannounced and left the documents at our front desk. I consulted with Marc, whom I had attended college with. He reviewed all the facts and all the paperwork the ex-landlord had filed against me. He then filed a motion to have the suit dropped due to improper service and incorrect filings. She never showed up for the court date so the case was dropped. He again attended the court date, on my behalf, for which the ex-landlord actually showed up. He handled the situation with extreme professionalism, even when she threatened to report him to the State Board for numerous false accusations. The suit was eventually dropped for good.
