Marc is both skilled and supportive. I was hesitant to file a lawsuit against a former employer, and Marc was attentive to my concerns and was never pushy. Since he has a background in defense, he was able to anticipate and prepare for the defense's strategy. Marc assisted our company with handling a DFEH claim. This was the first time I had experience with such a claim so assistance was required. I had an ex-landlord that disappeared for two years. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I sent my 30-day notice to her last known address once we lost contact with her. Two years later she resurfaced and tried to sue me for two years of past due rent and for various other things. She showed up... at my workplace, unannounced and left the documents at our front desk. He again attended the court date, on my behalf, for which the ex-landlord actually showed up. He handled the situation with extreme professionalism, even when she threatened to report him to the State Board for numerous false accusations. The suit was eventually dropped for good. Marc answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who asks.
