Let me start with this; I'm not sure whether Kevin is a better person, or a better lawyer but I can say he is great at both. From our initial conversation I knew I hired the right man. He was calm, collective, and very professional. He does joke around sometimes but most importantly he was there t...o help me see the optimistic side of a bad situation. Kevin represented me for a charged misdemeanor hit and run. I was looking at a restitution fee of 30k from the alleged victims. The case also contained a witness in the initial police report. Our case lasted FIVE Long months and Kevin worked his tail off for me from start to finish. I completely understood that Kevin had "bigger" cases but he demonstrated great time management and he always made time for any questions I had. In conclusion, my case was FULLY Dismissed. I was absolutely in shock! The results could not have been any better. I cant thank him enough for his services.

I've heard many horror stories of high price lawyers who are arrogant, rude, dismissive, and although they may show up in court, they don't make you feel like you're safe in their care. So when my younger brother hit some legal troubles, I was really nervous and scared of the process. As an importa...nt member of our family, we wanted the best representation for him. Kevin Moghtanei was recommended to us and I have to say, it was the best decision we could have made. He gave us clarity, peace of mind, and truly fought for us. He communicated when necessary and never ignored our feelings as the family of the accused. We were scattered and hopeless in the beginning and he took control of the situation and with the best intentions for my brother's future, and well being, he pushed forward. There were countless tearful phone calls and he never lost his footing. He kept encouraging me while still being realistic and professional. He didn't make any false promises, and was honest about his intentions and limitations. I think he was downplaying how smart and talented he really is. My brother went from facing multiple charges for non-violent crimes and with a history of addiction, Kevin was able to get him into a rehabilitation facility. Unfortunately, the addiction was really strong and he couldn't commit to the program. Again, Kevin went to bat for him and spoke with the judges and DA and did everything in his power to keep my brother in a safe place. Now, after many court dates and issues back and forth, he is serving a minimal sentence for his non-violent crimes. I truly believe that I will be seeing my brother again soon because Kevin didn't give up on him. From the bottom of our family's hearts, we are THANKFUL for the support we've gotten. What a refresher to work with a lawyer who is not only talented, but also professional and understanding.

I absolutely love Kevin's work and the ability to help save me as they were offering me a horrible plead for my DUI case. I had a lawyer previously before Kevin here close to were I live. Long story short, they did absolutely nothing for me!! I was charged with robbery for a crime that did not at all personify my character.
