Arvand Mahdavi Naderi

This is not your average lawyer. I was involved in a lot of illegal stuff since I was a teenager so I have had a few lawyers in my corner so trust me when I tell you they are legit. When I was referred to Arvand by a mutual close friend I was like ok let me give this guy a try. Never heard anything a...bout him didn't do any research I went with it because my friend referred me. The first phone call was to a paralegal who i gave my case information to. I was 23 with three felonies, one a violent crime, and i was just pulled over with a handgun loaded with hollow point bullets and a ounce of weed. He quoted me a price and i said ill think about it. I was like i could f'in sleep for 90 days hell yeah. But what separates Arvand was his attitude and him really being their as a friend. That was over 4 years ago and me and Arvand are still friends and we still talk. We see each other when we can but were both busy men, The one thing that I was like man this guy is different is after I was released I went to visit him and he told me your a good smart kid and i don't want you as a client again get your stuff together. Now here I am got a good job, drive a nice car, and Im headed to Cal State Northridge as a Computer Science Major. I love Arvand like a brother and would not change anything that happened cuz i lost some money and a few months but i gained a lifetime brother.

When my husband was arrested, Arvand had never dealt with any cases like his before and had to do lots of research to help prove his innocence It took many long hours and lots of time in court but Arvand was able to handle the case without going to trial. Let's face it, we've all driven home a little buzzed and we know we weren't supposed to. Most of us have gotten away with it more than once. If you're like me and you're reading this review, your luck ran out. I am normally great about not drinking and driving. In fact, the night I got arrested, ...I hardly drank, but it was late, I was sick and tired heading home from a wedding. The CHP pulled me over for speeding and swerving, they suspected that I had been drinking as well because they saw flowers in my car. After all the field sobriety tests (which for future reference, you can refuse to do and you should – as I now know thanks to my lawyer) the CHP officer arrested me for driving under the influence of alcohol. I never took a breathalyzer and instead opted for a blood test and the results came out to a .04. I still had the embarrassment of spending the night in jail and had one of the worst experiences of my life. Arvand Naderi was able to retest the blood and it came back .02. Arvand found discrepancies in my case which allowed the DA to downgrade my DUI conviction to a Wet Reckless and then down to a DRY and Reckless. I did my research and on the first meeting I knew he would work really hard for me, and he did. He answered all my questions and was a straight shooter, did not sugar coat things, but told me how it was.
