I contacted Aslin Tutuyan a few days after my mother was involved in an accident with an ACCESS vehicle in Van Nuys, Calif. Mom and I both had several questions on what to do next etc. I spoke with Aslin personally on the phone, and in the comfort of her offices in Northridge.
