Unfortunately I was involved in a second car accident 5 years after my first and suffered a brain injury. I contacted Larry Mandell of the Mandell Law Firm as he represented me in my first case. As the case went on for many years he felt Aslin Tutuyan would be able to resolve it which she did. We ...only worked together for the last year or so of my case but she was able to finally reach an agreement with the parties in mediation. Unfortunately Auto Club was fighting the case because brain injuries are harder to prove, they are more subjective. We did not get the full settlement possible. I agreed to the amount because the added expense of going to court would have resulted in little additional money in my pocket if the judgement was in my favor and I would be spared the added stress. Aslin is a no nonsense type of person. She is direct and to the point. She is personable, respectful and honest.
