Andrew Michael Kantor

We had an outstanding experience with Kantor and Kantor, LLP. Working with Andrew Kantor and staff, to appeal denials of Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) payments for our daughter. She became disabled by Dysautonomia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome while working in Washington D....C. She has had to move back home to California. The insurance company denied continued STD, then denied the LTD. Andrew worked with us to lay out a strategy for testing and information to provide in the appeals. With for their expert guidance, recommendations and support, the full STD was paid, and the denial for LTD has been reversed. We are very grateful to Andrew, and Kantor and Kantor, LLP.
