Biography
Helping consumers recover fair compensation in personal injury, lemon law, & auto fraud cases. Jacob Regar Law is located in Encino, CA on Ventura Boulevard. Practicing law is my passion and I love obtaining excellent results for my clients. Prior to passing the CA bar exam, I gained legal experience in 3 separate externships for The County of San Bernardino Public Defender, in the Adult and Juvenile Divisions. After passing the CA bar exam, I was hired by my father’s well-known personal injury law firm, Barry Regar A Professional Law Corporation. There, I quickly gained experience under my father’s supervision, learning some of the most important qualities for a personal injury lawyer: (a) how to value a personal injury case, and (b) and how to develop and prosecute a personal injury case. My office also handles cases involving the Lemon Law. The goal with Lemon Law cases to get auto manufacturers to buy back defective vehicles that cannot be fixed in a reasonable number of attempts. Additionally, I also accept auto dealership fraud cases, which involve unscrupulous dealerships who have swindled consumers. Auto fraud is a very challenging area of law, because each vehicle sale involves many unique laws and remedies. To ensure that I continue to provide quality legal representation for my clients, I stay current on the cutting edge of legal trends in all of my practice areas. This is important, because defendants who cause harm are always trying to avoid liability, therefore, I believe an attorney should put in the effort to keep two steps ahead. I am proud of the work that I perform for each one of my clients. And it is a pleasure to build lasting relationships with each of them.
