Biography
After graduating law school in 2015, I started my own law practice with which began with representing clients in entertainment matters, such as Court Approvals of Contracts for Minors in Film, and copyright litigation. While representing clients, some of them required attention in the field of consumer protection which led to my affiliation with the national consumer protection law firm, Hyde & Swigart. Since then I have also added a primary focus on another aspect of consumer law - personal injury, which includes has given me the ability to help the physically injured as well as the financially injured. I now handle all aspects of plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through trial, transactional entertainment, intellectual property litigation, and consumer protection-related litigation including the prosecution of debt collectors, credit bureaus, entities that fail to adhere to state and federal credit reportnig, identity theft and electronic funds transfer statutes.
