Biography
After graduating law school in 2015, I started my own law practice with a focus on entertainment. While representing clients, some of them required attention in the field of consumer protection which led to my affiliation with the national consumer protection law firm, Hyde & Swigart. Since then I have maintained focus on these two practice fields, which includes all aspects of transactional entertainment, intellectual property litigation, and consumer protection-related litigation including the prosecution of debt collectors, credit bureaus, and defending debt collection lawsuits, among others.
Our office also now handles personal injury, immigration and criminal defense.

One of the best!
I have hired too many lawyers!!! Seldom do you encounter a lawyer as responsive, caring, and thorough as Jay. Jay is also great value for the money. I highly recommend hiring Jay. He was awesome and one of my favorites to work with.

Great Lawyer
