Amazing Attorney

Professional, Communicative and Fought for Us - Highly Recommend

My partner and I had no experience regarding commercial leases as we began our business. After interviewing a number of real estate attorneys we decided to work with Tilden at Moschetti Law Group and are so thankful we did. The lease process is very intimidating to those who are unfamiliar with it and Tilden went through everything extensively with us until we had a clear understanding of all. Great real estate law firm

Valuable service for my business

As the owner of a small business, I was very proud to grow to a third office. The search with our realtor was actually pretty fun, but when it came time to get a lease done… ugh… The lease was 30 pages long. Who has time for that? Fortunately, my realtor recommended Tilden. If you are trying to find a reputable, trustworthy attorney who pays attention to detail and always has your best interest in mind, I would highly recommend Moschetti Law Group. They turned a difficult lease situation for my business into something very manageable and I would've been lost without them.

Superb Contract Review Work

Very good experience with Tilden Moschetti

I was very glad to have representation from Tilden Moschetti. While I'm lucky to have had a great tenant’s agent representing me as well, it was only my lawyer who I could trust was representing only my best interests. I highly recommend him, and I already have referred colleagues to him.

Client Review

Tilden is smart and likeable, but he didn’t inform, update, advise, educate or protect me as a client. His performance in my case was much less than I expected from such an articulate, friendly, competent attorney. Expedience dictated his efforts and commitment to my divorce and its resulting custody battle. Tilden possessed a clear lack of interest in his work, which resulted in an inability to read between the lines, negotiate and fight. Opposing counsel, although less well educated and experienced outperformed Tilden by a wide margin. Tilden was awful. Perhaps in the research department of a very large firm Tilden’s brilliance would shine, however as a sole proprietor of a family law firm Tilden is completely unqualified. He is neither committed or interested enough to be effective.

I apologize that you weren’t happy with my representation, and especially that you felt that I was uninterested in your matter. I have always strived to do my best for all my clients. Because your review was 11 years ago, I don’t know what matter this was for and so I can’t respond specifically to the merits of the issues at hand. I will say that a lot of times, especially in divorce cases with children, clients often feel they received less than they deserve. I will also say that in litigation I almost always felt the same – that my clients should have gotten more. It isn’t about me, it is just that the court system rarely has winners and losers, both sides are usually unhappy at the end.
