Having worked in probate, I have seen how horrifying it is to have to deal with unresponsive lawyers and having them consume all the assets that were supposed to go to their families. Probate usually takes a few months and sometimes it can even years to complete, for simple, avoidable issues. Not to mention that families are grieving, trying to move on, and cannot focus on their own families and issues because they dedicate their time to a legal, avoidable process that costs too much and depletes ones’ life’s worth in assets and worth. The loss of a loved ones’ grief should be all a family should have to deal with. Finding a trusted advisor can mean saving a lot!

I am not in the business of becoming a highly paid secretary, too many lawyers do just that: they switch out the names, addresses, and pertinent information in a standard document that is adjusted to the person. I am in the business of creating documents that fit the person, not the other way around, to be there for families in their financial planning. To understand and guide them in the worse possible times.

I want my clients to have peace of mind! For this, I want to become an advisor, a person who they trust and feel comfortable with. There is nothing better than knowing that one more person has you and your loved ones covered when it matters most.
