Hard to get a hold of
I have a pending case with them (over 2 years now) and I am never able to get a hold of Robert. When I call, he is either on the phone or not in the office. When I e-mail, he does not reply back. I have been dealing with the case worker/manager but she is also not easy to get a hold of. My questions ...
