Mr. Harris attended the University of Washington in Seattle and graduated with honors in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. He attended DePaul University School of Law, receiving a juris doctor degree in 1983.
Mr. Harris was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
