Biography
As a child, my passion has always been in the automotive industry. When i was 14 years old i started collecting classic cars with my family as a hobby. Furthermore, i have friends and family in the auto body industry which allowed me to carry out my passion in restoring and repairing cars. At that time i figured when im older i want to be involved in the automotive industry. That is when i decided if i became an attorney that practiced law primarily in the automotive industry i would be living my passion. Since i was about 15 years old i have been working towards that goal by learning every detail about any car that sparked my interest (which is a lot). Since then i have learned a lot about the Lemon Law, and personal injury in relation to car accidents given my constant hobby of reading about automotive related issues, and hanging around my family and friend's auto body shops and learning the legal issues that come about in that industry. As a law student i interned at the Law Office of Robert L. Starr. At this highly litigating law firm i learned all aspects of the legal career both in the perspective of automotive knowledge as it relates to safety issues, and the litigation process. After finishing law school and taking the California Bar Examination, Robert Starr hired me because he saw the passion that we both shared about the automotive industry, and wanting to help consumers with automotive issues in relation to the Lemon Law and Dealer Fraud. After learning and understanding the process involved, I decided to open my own law office which is calledThe Law Office of Jacob K. Kashani, A.P.C.
