Avi Goldstein began litigating in 2006 at a prestigious New York personal injury law firm, and then set up his own law practice where he litigated dozens of commercial debt collection bench trials and settled another 150+ cases. After moving to Los Angeles in 2014, Avi joined The Bloom Firm’s dynamic team of attorneys, bringing years of litigation experience and his client-friendly approach.

Currently, Avi represents clients who have been harassed at work, retaliated against by their company and wrongfully terminated from their employment. Avi recently helped secure an $11 MILLION JUDGMENT after a hard-fought jury trial on behalf of an employee who was sexually harassed by her boss and fired from her company.

Avi also represents victims of sexual assault and defamation. His most notable sexual assault/defamation case is the one he brought on behalf of Janice Dickinson against Bill Cosby, where Avi helped Dickinson successfully settle her claim.

Avi is a father of two. He enjoys skiing, yoga, reading and hiking in his limited spare time.

Highly Recommend

I worked with Alan after being served with a "cease and desist" while speaking my truth as a survivor of domestic violence. BEST EVER!!
