Unprofessional and dishonest
Hired to update CC&Rs for small HOA. Did not perform the work contracted for and and refused to return calls or emails. Repeated attempts to recover files or money for HOA were for naught as he was willing to perjure himself in court as well. I would advise against retaining this individual for any ...
