I cannot say that I “technically” hired Thomas Simpson; however I have two records indicating that he represents me, and he certainly lined his pockets with money in assets that belong to me. He seems to have the ability to “win” a case on personal influence rather than facts and evidence, so that... would be a plus for those of you who have none, or poor ones. If you are looking for that creepy, bottom-crawling, ethics-free attorney – this is your guy.

Tom Simpson and his office of attorneys and support staff did a great job handing my divorce case. When a contentious issue came up, they were available to calm my fears and talk me through it. Sometimes you have to do a cost-benefit analysis, and sometimes it's not worth fighting every fight. I s...aved a lot of money focusing on what mattered, instead of smaller issues that made me crazy. Integrity in Spades!! Integrity is the quality that stands out most for me when I think of my experience with Tom Simpson. Tom and his associates, as well as his support staff, displayed the utmost professionalism and care throughout my divorce. I retained this attorney to represent me in a litigated divorce and custody battle. The divorce went on for 2 years and I incurred astronomical attorney fees due to unnecessary and unauthorized emergency hearings without informing the client. Mr. Simpson did not assist me in settling this matter and... was not looking out for the best interests of my family. Furthermore, Mr. Simpson withheld client funds in a trust and would not release them to me to operate my business and provide for my family. The matter only settled when Simpson depleted ALL of my assets and there was nothing left to pay him with. Once the funds were depleted, Simpson told me to take my case in pro per and left me without an attorney. Mr. Simpson double billed without cause and would not negotiate even a slight adjustment to my bill. After promising to personally handle my case, Mr. Simpson turned it over to his associate attorney.
