Biography
I am Certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law by the California Board of Legal Specialization, and have my LL.M in Taxation. Prior to receiving my J.D. and LL.M degrees, I practiced for more than twenty years in the areas of taxation, accounting, estate planning, business management and development, and human resources, as well as serving for several years as a Vice President at a nationwide human resource consulting firm. I now specialize in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, taxation, business formation and development, adoption and family formation, with a large portion of my practice devoted to advising the LGBT community.
