This case involved harassment with robot dialer s that Charter Communications used to contact customers for sales ...and collections. I am very ill and disabled, and need rest. Charters robot dialer s was calling me many times per day to up-sell services. I asked Charter to stop; that I wasn't interested in any other services; but they would not comply after many months of the daily calls getting to as many as six calls within three hours and a total of ten calls that last day . "On recommendation; I hired Agnes! " Agnes said; " there are laws that protect you in these circumstances and I will use the laws to stop Charter from harassing you now!" After that day; the calls stopped right away! And that was a great relief for me. Agnes said that now we will make them compensate you for the egregiousness of the treatment that you have received from them ; and not stopping after you told them to stop. Along the way; Agnes always kept me updated informed of the process. I was never left with unanswered concerns.
