Biography
Benjamin Charchian, the founder of our law firm, graduated from UCLA and obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University. Always interested in helping others and standing up for the rights of the disadvantaged, when he graduated law school he turned down high paying jobs with large corporate lawfirms and worked at a small personal injury firm where he received hands-on experience representing all types of personal injury clients. In 2008 he founded his own personal injury law practice and over the last 10 years he has represented over 1,000 injured people and he has obtained over 20 Million dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
For his acheivements, Mr. Charchian has been recognised by Los Angeles Magazine as a SUPER LAWYER RISING STAR for FIVE CONSECUTIVE YEARS.

One Tough Lawyer
I hurt my back when I a car ran a red light and slammed into my left. Defendant offered me $15,000, Ben told me not to accept since I was being low-balled. He went to court, fought hard and got me $100,000 on the first day of trial.
