I was fortunate to find the Law Office of Jack Kakoian in 2020 when my Fiance and I were remodeling our house. When some questionable change orders came through, Jack and his team were recommended to us by our realtor. The matter was quickly clarified and put to rest. Based on how Jack handles his bu...siness while genuinely caring about his clients and the work he does, prompted me to continue to work with Jack throughout the years. Jack has been my go to and looked over personal and business related matters since 2020. The integrity Jacks team brings is powerful. I know I can say, Im truly grateful for the Law Office of Jack Kakoian!

Updated Review (Edited After Threat of Legal Action): I originally posted this review based on my personal experience working with Jack Kakoian on a real estate and insurance matter. After sharing my concerns, Mr. Kakoian contacted me directly via email and threatened to sue me if I did not remove... this review. That threat only reinforced my concerns and made me question the overwhelmingly positive reviews on his profile. It made me wonder whether other clients felt pressured to stay silent or remove negative feedback. When I first hired Mr. Kakoian, he appeared attentive and professional—quick to respond, eager to get started, and prompt in collecting his retainer. Unfortunately, that level of responsiveness changed shortly after signing the agreement. Over time, I felt that meaningful progress on my case stalled while billing continued. Communication dropped off significantly, and I had to follow up repeatedly just to receive basic updates. At times, I genuinely questioned whether any substantive work was being done on my file. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I filed a complaint with the California State Bar and submitted documentation outlining what I believed was serious mismanagement. If you’re working with Mr. Kakoian and feel something isn’t right, I strongly encourage you to advocate for yourself. The State Bar exists to protect clients and hold attorneys accountable. This review reflects my personal experience and honest opinion. Based on how my matter was handled, I would not recommend Mr. Kakoian. There are many attorneys who communicate clearly, manage cases diligently, and treat their clients with transparency and respect.

Jack is the best lawyer and a very good friend. He has been working on multi-million dollar real estate fraud case, and has helped us with other fraud cases. I interviewed 3 other law firms, but they did not stand out as much as Jack. When you meet Jack in person or talk to him, I guarantee that y...ou will know he is the one. He is very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, understanding, and just knows what he is doing. Love you Jack!!

I hired Mr. Kakoian to assist me with a commercial real estate dispute. He immediately got to work after being hired and I felt as if I had a tremendous force by my side. He carefully explained to me how our approach and how it would be the best approach for our case, and as events unfolded I realize...d more and more that he was absolutely correct. We ended up resolving the matter with a very favorable settlement for me, which involved a substantial change in the original contract to my benefit. I would also like to add that he is very knowledgeable in real estate laws, a skilled negotiator, carefully analyzer , and most of all he keeps his clients updated continuously and is always available for a phone call. I have worked with many attorneys before and I must say that easily he is the best one that I have worked with. Also his fees are very reasonable.
