My husband and I are so grateful for Carlo Spiga's expertise in criminal defense. My husband had been charged with serious criminal charges for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I came across this negative review for Mr. Spiga written by Sebastian and found it amusing. I have been represented by Mr. Spiga twice. I cannot complain about the results at all. What I liked about him was the confidence he gave me when we went into court. He is a very down to earth guy. As for his ...fees. He was among the lowest of all the lawyers I have interviewed. I did not at first have great expectations of his office at first because his building looked old but his office was really cool with a bunch of old time movie posters. It was very neat and organized.I dont know who Sebadtian is but the man he is describing and the man that I know are not the same guy.

I went to Carlo Spiga for a consultation. I must say that he was fairly helpful, just average. The thing the bothered me the most is the fact that he was very condescending and patronizing. At any given opportunity he would make sure to point out how god gifted and smart he his without loosing the ...chance to belittle me. Once we started to talk about his rate I asked him if was possible to split the bill in a couple of installments he response was "I don't want to chase you around" .Mind you, I never met the guy before, first time.Perhaps I looked like a low life or a con-artist. At the point I just got up and walked away. I was offended about his response but again I should have got the hint that he was a self center idiot by the way he was talking all along. But I like to give people the benefit of the doubt to the end. If you want an advice never hire this guy. I can tell that his business is not doing good. His office was a mess. When I first walked in his office his paralegal was sleeping on a couch. After she saw me she got up right away and compose herself. Not much to do I guess. That is why he tried to charge me an unreasonable amount of money. DO NOT GO THERE. Save yourself time and money hire someone else not him! This is my experience.
