Armen Janian

Hi, I did a review about 5 months ago. I said I would update the review on Mr. Armen Janian. This is an update to tell you what I have learned from this individual. I have kept in contact with Janian for the last 4 years, difficult with phone numbers changing, emails changing and not answering cal...ls. I now realize that I was truly scammed by this man on a Home Loan Modification. I believed him when he told me earlier he was a victim of the system. I now know that not to be the truth. This is an evil man, arrogrant, a liar, a thief, a cheat and all the other names,others have called him in their reviews. This man represents the worst of mankind, he prayed upon helpless individuals who were losing their homes, their savings and their diginity. This type of man is the very reason God wiped out mankind during the flood, to get rid of the evil, Godless, dishonest and unconscionable human being. This man does not know the truth, and he doesn't care if you know it either, how a man like this can keep his Bar License is a mistery to me. This man has scammed hundreds of people out of their hard earned money, go to the blogs and websites, type in Armen Janian and see what vile things they say about this man. I hope Mr. Janian enjoys the money he stole off so many poor souls while he is still alive and before judgement. The Bible says no man will enter Heaven that is a liar, thief, cheat, dishonest, arrogrant, prideful and injuries his fellow man. Mr. Janian has by his own hand sealed his own fate. I have no expectation of receiving any of my money back and I am sure those who lost money to him will receive the same fate. I pray for those who lost their homes, savings, now have medical issues, and yes, I'm sure there are those who lost everything and took their lives because they had nothing left, as surely as their is a God, Mr. Janian will pay for his evil ways. I pray for his soul also. The things I have spoken are as close to the truth as I can possibly be, no cursing the man or wishing him evil, for one day I will judged also. Thank you and may God Bless all those who were wronged.

After taking my money, promising to obtain a loan modification, and asking for numerous pieces of information, I lost my home. This company will take you on the merry-go-round of your life. Their staff is inexperienced, they never return your calls and when I ask for a refund, their comment is that... I am uncooperative. I have e-mails and faxes to prove that I clearly gave this company all the information they had requested. If this company is suggested to you if you are looking for assistance with a loan modification....RUN!

Apparently collecting money upfront for a loan mod was illegal in CA but the firm collected $2900 from me. As per my contract I wrote to cancel my agreement with them after the 180 passed with no mod. They have refused to refund my money after over a year. Very little contact and when I do it is o...ften to stall or completely untrue remarks like my check will be sent out this week. But that was months ago. I would do your online research to find out what others think about their service here.

I hired Janian & Associates for $2500 in February 2010 to negotiate a home loan modification with my mortgage company with the written contractual promise for a full refund after 30 days written notice if they were not able to obtain a modification. They were not able to obtain a modification. Duri...ng the process I submitted several written requests for a refund. On or about October 26th, the firm did acknowledge receipt of one of those written notices and acknowledged it as recieved on or about September 28th and stated in writing that I was entitled to receive a full refund, but that they were still in the process of closing out my account. It is now mid January, 2011. Several follow up e-mails and phone messages left by me have gone unreturned, and I have not received my refund.
