Ms. Farewell and her firm provided professional and caring legal assistance at a time when my family required immediate expert help. My mother suffered a life-threatening medical emergency in the midst of the COVID crisis, and my father - in his 90’s - was unable to make the required medical and f...inancial decisions. With the able assistance of Ms. Farewell’s firm, we quickly created and executed needed Power of Attorney and Advance Medical Directive documents, which allowed me to ensure appropriate care for both my parents. Ultimately, again with the guidance of the Farewell firm, we were able to sell my parents’ home and move them to an assisted living facility near my home in Santa Barbara. They are now in a safe environment and most importantly, together. I relied on the Farewell firm throughout the process of safeguarding my parents and their assets, and will happily use them again for my family’s estate and related legal issues.
