During my juncture with Jack A. Fierstadt, As a former client I discovered him to be untrustworthy and not knowledgeable about the law. My concerns range from misrepresentation involving wrongful filings, and procrastination. Jack A. Fierstadt simultaneously misfiled cases, failure to know/properly a...pply the law, procedural errors, and procrastination in performance causing harm to "client interests". As a lay person when you hire a representative you except for them to be thorough, knowledgeable and loyal. Based off my experiences, I would not recommend Jack A. Fierstadt under any circumstance.

Jack and his team have done an excellent job in keeping this case on track and giving me hope of righting a serious wrong. He is knowledgable and skilled at strategy in litigation. This case is involves fraud , conspiracy , conversion and malpractice against trusted family members who took advantag...e of their position. The case is complicated and Jack has done an excellent job at keeping the opposition from clouding the issues with misdirection and lies. My opponents are formidable but Jack has turned their arrogance against them by repeatedly pointing out their false logic to the judge. This case is ongoing and details must be withheld for now.

Jack as I call him, is very professional and knowledgeable! A very tactful and thoughtful attorney with lots of experience and integrity . He represented me, my company, family and some business friends on separate occasions in various real estate cases and came up tops in all of them! I have known... him for over 3 years!

Jack also worked with our trust attorney to insure that the Family Trust and LLC did not experience any conflicts. Jack responds to his e-mails prom...ptly and returns his phone calls.
