Mark Samuel Windsor

I was appointed Mr. Windsor by the court in June of 2012. It was my first offense, and to make matters worse it was a federal charge. I was scared and impatient and thought I could get out on bail right away. Little did I know, and had to find out the hard way, that federal cases move slowly. At firs...t I had little confidence in Windsor, but later understood why things were moving as slow as they were. It was hard for him to make moves when the DA was taking its sweet time to hand over evidence to him so he can review and work on my case. He was able to get me out on bond despite the DA pleading heavily to the judge that I shouldn't be released. Mr. Windsor did an awesome job. At the beginning I was facing up to 18 years in federal prison, but after Windsor did his homework on my case, I signed a deal for 24 months. But it didn't end there.... He was brilliant in his motions he filed for sentencing and he was on top of his game without a doubt. At sentencing I was given a 12 month sentence, half of what I signed for. I would definitely recommend him so anyone needing counsel, but just remember to be patient. Windsor will do everything he can for you, but the speed of the process is out of his control. Just make sure you're honest with him about what you did so that he can work with the truth. Worst thing anyone can do to an attorney is lie about what they did and have them put up a fight for what will later be revealed as a lie. I'm glad I didn't do that to him. He will work his butt off for you. He has an awesome set of team members that will all fight for you.
