I have used Mr. Talleda’s immigration expertise and experience with excellent results to me and my family when dealing with immigration issues. No, I will not recommend this attorney because he is not as knowledgeable as he may seem. I will agree he does give payment plans that make it easier on your budget. But if you want an attorney that really cares about you and your case, then look for another attorney. This attorney failed to realize ...my case was not at the proper immigration office thus delaying my case. When he realized my case was not where it was supposed to be he advised me to file another form. If I would have taken his advise I would have spent more money, when all he had to do was go to the immigration office and make sure my case was forwarded to the right office.
