I have used Mr. Talleda’s immigration expertise and experience with excellent results to me and my family when dealing with immigration issues. I first met him in 1998 when I was facing removal proceeding (Deportation). At that time, Mr. Talleda was able to close my case administratively in court and... also began helping my mother with her Nacara Application. Thanks to him I was able to remain in the United States and ultimately my mother and brother became Legal Permanent Residents in 2003. Right after obtaining her green card in 2003, my mother and I went to see Mr. Talleda to help us file a Family Petition for myself. Finally in 2012, I was able to obtain my green card after going through the process of Consular Processing. As anyone can see from my short story, Mr. Talleda has many years of experience and expertise in the field of immigration ranging from Immigration Court, Nacara, Family Petitions and Consular Processing. In my personal opinion, he is highly qualified and an expert in immigration. I would highly recommend his services to anyone dealing with immigration issues as he is one of the best immigration attorneys when it comes to immigration.

No, I will not recommend this attorney because he is not as knowledgeable as he may seem. I will agree he does give payment plans that make it easier on your budget. But if you want an attorney that really cares about you and your case, then look for another attorney. This attorney failed to realize ...my case was not at the proper immigration office thus delaying my case. When he realized my case was not where it was supposed to be he advised me to file another form. If I would have taken his advise I would have spent more money, when all he had to do was go to the immigration office and make sure my case was forwarded to the right office.
