It was not worth my time or money as soonest we walked in his office he looked at our disabled child and said no this is not going to work! Who says that he was no help and very rude!! He just robbed our money and walked out on us. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone!! We paid for his service to only wa...lk in and right out. Disappointed

He represented me with my consular processing years ago, than he helped me with my Naturalization and finally with my mothers residence. My fam...ily and I trust Joaquin and his friendly staff. No, I will not recommend this attorney because he is not as knowledgeable as he may seem. I will agree he does give payment plans that make it easier on your budget. But if you want an attorney that really cares about you and your case, then look for another attorney. This attorney failed to realize ...my case was not at the proper immigration office thus delaying my case. When he realized my case was not where it was supposed to be he advised me to file another form. If I would have taken his advise I would have spent more money, when all he had to do was go to the immigration office and make sure my case was forwarded to the right office.
