Mr talleda is an excellent lawyer. He is very honest and tells you the truth about your case straight forward. The first time I went he told me that my case was not strong and I had little chance of getting my papers. Other lawyers will tell you yes I can win just to get money out of you and with him..., I really liked his honesty. Besides he had good payment plans. I recommend him 100 percent. I live like 2hrs and a half from Pasadena and drove there every appointment because I didn't trust any other lawyer from my city. I rather go to him. He has a very good staff an they help you through every step. In my case Theresa Rodriguez she is excellent.

No, I will not recommend this attorney because he is not as knowledgeable as he may seem. I will agree he does give payment plans that make it easier on your budget. But if you want an attorney that really cares about you and your case, then look for another attorney. This attorney failed to realize ...my case was not at the proper immigration office thus delaying my case. When he realized my case was not where it was supposed to be he advised me to file another form. If I would have taken his advise I would have spent more money, when all he had to do was go to the immigration office and make sure my case was forwarded to the right office.
