my OPT was approved With professional help

I had a complicated situation with my OPT RFE, where I was asked to provide additional documentation about my employment. STEM OPT RFE and NOID

Had a consultation when I received an RFE for my STEM OPT extension. That process didn't go as expected as received a NOID for that response. Eventually, we had another round of discussion and decided to present more documentation and give a better response to USCIS. The team was swift and replied to... the notices in around 2 weeks time. Had a good experience with them and would definitely recommend if any one face similar issues.

Sabrina and her legal staff were professional

Sabrina and her legal staff were professional and courteous throughout the complicated TN visa process. They kept me updated about the progress of my case, andworked closely with my employer and supervisors to collect the evidence that the USCIS requested. When immigration asked for more documents t...o prove my case, my employer and I were unsure as to how to proceed. I was extremely anxious about whether my visa would be granted.
