I don’t know where to start! I was referred to Stacy Tolchin’s office when my husband’s case was denied in the LA Downtown immigration court (Los Angeles, Ca. Case) and he got a deportation letter. The attorney representing us at that time, said he didn’t argue cases in the ninth circuit and that’s ...were my husband’s case was going to be argued to avoid the deportation order. So he referred us to Stacy’s office; best thing ever! Initially, Stacy assigned our case to Joana when Joana left for maternity leave Megan took over our case. But since day one I’ve never had doubts that we were doing business with people that have their hearts set on helping others, that love their job, that are fully dedicated, determined, and through every step of the way they demonstrated their humility and sincerity. Megan oversaw my husband’s case for many years, and she fought my husband’s immigration case wholeheartedly! We had been dealing with my husband’s immigration case for over 19 years! His case was very sensitive but Megan worked hard, she never took no for an answer, and I’m just speechless; we are so appreciative towards Megan, we can’t express our appreciation! All I have to say is that while all other attorneys were negative, other people were negative, she always remained positive. And on Oct. 4th, 2019, after 19 years!!!! My husband received confirmation that his Permanent Residency (HIS GREEN CARD) was approved! We are still in disbelief! But one thing we are 100% sure is that WE HIGHLY recommend MEGAN BREWER! God bless her always! If she takes your case, just know she’ll give it her all! She’ll make sure she exhausts all possibilities available, and she’ll make it happen! I just can’t convey precisely everything she did for US, I wish I could!
